These Affiliate Terms explain the rules and conditions that apply when you join or participate in the ServiceIA Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, promoting ServiceIA, or using your affiliate account, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in the Affiliate Program.

1. About the ServiceIA Affiliate Program

The ServiceIA Affiliate Program allows approved partners, creators, publishers, website owners, marketers, and other affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to ServiceIA through their unique affiliate links or other approved promotional methods.

When a customer makes an eligible purchase through your referral, you may earn a commission according to the terms described below.

ServiceIA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or any part of it when reasonably necessary.

2. Becoming an Affiliate

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date and maintaining the security of your affiliate account.

ServiceIA may review applications and may accept or reject an application at its discretion.

We may also suspend or terminate an affiliate account if we believe that the affiliate has violated these terms or is engaging in activities that may harm ServiceIA, its customers, or other affiliates.

3. Affiliate Commission

Standard Commission: 25%

Approved affiliates earn a 25% commission on eligible purchases generated through their valid affiliate links.

For example, if a customer makes an eligible $100 purchase through your affiliate link, your commission will be $25, subject to the conditions of this Agreement.

Commissions are calculated based on the eligible purchase amount after excluding any refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible transactions.

ServiceIA may offer special campaigns or promotions with different commission rates. If a different rate applies, the applicable rate will be communicated or displayed as part of the relevant campaign.

Unless otherwise stated, the standard affiliate commission is 25%.

4. Cookie Duration and Referral Tracking

ServiceIA uses affiliate tracking technology to identify referrals and properly attribute eligible purchases.

Cookie Duration: 30 Days

A referral cookie remains active for 30 days from the time a visitor clicks your affiliate link.

If the visitor completes an eligible purchase within the 30-day cookie period, the purchase may be attributed to you and you may receive the applicable commission.

For example, if a visitor clicks your affiliate link on January 1 and completes an eligible purchase on January 20, the purchase may qualify for your commission.

If the purchase is made after the 30-day cookie period has expired, the referral will generally not qualify for a commission.

Tracking may be affected by browser settings, deleted cookies, ad blockers, device changes, privacy tools, or other technical limitations outside ServiceIA’s control.

ServiceIA does not guarantee that every referral will be successfully tracked.

5. Attribution

Affiliate commissions are generally credited to the affiliate whose valid tracking link receives the eligible referral according to the ServiceIA affiliate tracking system.

If multiple affiliates promote ServiceIA to the same customer, the affiliate tracking system’s attribution rules will determine which affiliate receives the commission.

ServiceIA’s tracking records will generally be considered the primary source for determining referral attribution and commission eligibility.

6. Eligible Purchases

A commission may be earned when:

• The customer visits ServiceIA through your valid affiliate link.
• The referral is successfully tracked.
• The customer completes an eligible purchase within the 30-day cookie period.
• The transaction is successfully paid.
• The order is not cancelled or refunded.
• The transaction is not fraudulent or otherwise invalid.
• The affiliate has complied with these Affiliate Terms.

Commissions are not guaranteed for every click or referral.

7. Pending and Approved Commissions

Commissions may initially appear as pending while the related transaction is being verified.

A commission may become available for withdrawal after the applicable refund, cancellation, fraud, and payment verification period has passed.

ServiceIA may reverse or remove a pending or previously credited commission if the associated transaction is later refunded, cancelled, charged back, identified as fraudulent, or determined to be ineligible.

8. Minimum Payout Threshold

Minimum Withdrawal: $50 USD

The minimum amount required to request an affiliate payout is $50 USD.

If your available affiliate balance is below $50, the amount will remain in your affiliate account until you reach the minimum payout threshold, subject to these terms.

For example:

• Affiliate balance: $35 → Not yet eligible for payout.
• Affiliate balance: $50 → Eligible for payout.
• Affiliate balance: $125 → Eligible for payout.

ServiceIA may review the account and related transactions before approving a payout.

9. Affiliate Payments

Affiliate payouts are processed using the payment methods made available by ServiceIA.

Before receiving a payout, you may be required to provide accurate payment information and any information necessary for identity, account, tax, fraud, or legal verification.

ServiceIA may delay or withhold a payment if:

• Your account is under review.
• Your commissions are associated with suspicious activity.
• Required payment information is incomplete or incorrect.
• Related transactions are still subject to a refund or verification period.
• The payment is restricted by applicable law or payment-provider requirements.
• Your account has violated these Affiliate Terms.

The processing time for a completed payout may depend on the selected payment method and the relevant payment provider.

10. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversed Commissions

Because ServiceIA sells digital products, refunds and chargebacks may affect affiliate commissions.

If a customer receives a refund or a transaction is reversed, the commission associated with that transaction may also be reversed.

If the commission has already been paid to the affiliate, ServiceIA may deduct the amount from future commissions or take other reasonable steps to recover the amount, where permitted by applicable law.

11. Prohibited Promotional Methods

Affiliates must not use promotional methods that are illegal, deceptive, abusive, or likely to damage the reputation of ServiceIA.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Spam emails or unsolicited promotional messages.
• Misleading advertisements or false claims.
• Fake discounts or misleading offers.
• Impersonating ServiceIA.
• Creating websites or pages designed to imitate ServiceIA.
• Using fraudulent traffic, bots, click farms, or automated traffic.
• Cookie stuffing or forced affiliate attribution.
• Artificially generating clicks or conversions.
• Using stolen, compromised, or unauthorized payment methods.
• Purchasing products through your own affiliate link for the purpose of generating a commission, unless expressly approved by ServiceIA.
• Making false claims about product features, pricing, availability, or performance.
• Promoting ServiceIA alongside illegal or harmful content.
• Any other attempt to manipulate the Affiliate Program.

12. Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not use their own affiliate links to generate commissions from their own purchases unless ServiceIA has expressly approved such activity.

ServiceIA may also reject commissions generated through transactions involving the affiliate, closely related parties, or arrangements primarily designed to generate affiliate commissions.

13. Affiliate Content

You are responsible for all content you create while promoting ServiceIA.

Your promotional content must be accurate, honest, and consistent with the information available on ServiceIA.

You must not:

• Make false or misleading claims.
• Promise results that cannot reasonably be guaranteed.
• Misrepresent the features or capabilities of a product.
• Publish fake reviews or testimonials.
• Misrepresent your relationship with ServiceIA.
• Present yourself as an official ServiceIA representative unless authorized.
• Copy ServiceIA content and present it as official content created by you.

ServiceIA may request that you remove or modify promotional content that violates these terms or could negatively affect the ServiceIA brand.

14. Affiliate Disclosure

If you receive compensation for referring customers to ServiceIA, you are responsible for clearly disclosing your affiliate relationship wherever required by applicable law, regulation, advertising standards, or platform rules.

Your disclosure should be clear, visible, and easy for users to understand.

For example, you may state that you may earn a commission when someone purchases through your affiliate link.

15. Brand and Intellectual Property

ServiceIA’s name, logo, trademarks, website content, graphics, product information, and other materials remain the property of ServiceIA or their respective owners.

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not transfer ownership of any ServiceIA intellectual property to you.

ServiceIA grants approved affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use approved promotional materials solely for promoting ServiceIA through the Affiliate Program.

This permission ends when your affiliate participation ends.

16. Fraud and Abuse

ServiceIA may monitor affiliate clicks, referrals, orders, and other activity to identify suspicious or fraudulent behavior.

If we reasonably believe that an affiliate has engaged in fraud, manipulation, abuse, or prohibited activity, we may:

• Suspend the affiliate account.
• Cancel pending commissions.
• Reverse previously credited commissions.
• Withhold unpaid commissions.
• Terminate the affiliate relationship.
• Restrict future participation in the Affiliate Program.

ServiceIA may take additional action where necessary to protect the platform, customers, affiliates, and business.

17. Affiliate Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your affiliate account.

You must not share your affiliate account credentials with unauthorized individuals.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your affiliate account unless you have promptly notified ServiceIA of unauthorized access.

18. No Guarantee of Earnings

Participation in the ServiceIA Affiliate Program does not guarantee any specific amount of income, traffic, sales, or commissions.

Your earnings depend on factors including your audience, promotional methods, traffic quality, customer interest, product demand, and other circumstances outside ServiceIA’s control.

19. Taxes

You are responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from commissions you receive through the Affiliate Program.

ServiceIA may request information necessary to comply with applicable tax or reporting requirements.

20. Changes to Commission Rates

The standard ServiceIA affiliate commission is 25%.

ServiceIA may change the standard commission rate for future transactions by providing reasonable notice or updating the Affiliate Program terms.

Changes to the commission rate will not normally affect commissions that have already been properly earned before the effective date of the change.

Special promotional campaigns may have different commission rates and conditions.

21. Suspension or Termination

Either you or ServiceIA may end participation in the Affiliate Program.

ServiceIA may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if we reasonably believe that the affiliate has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the program.

Upon termination:

• You must stop using your affiliate links.
• You must stop using ServiceIA promotional materials.
• You must stop representing yourself as a ServiceIA affiliate.
• Your permission to use ServiceIA branding ends.
• Pending commissions may be reviewed before payment.
• Commissions associated with refunds, fraud, chargebacks, or violations may be cancelled or reversed.

22. Independent Relationship

Affiliates participate in the ServiceIA Affiliate Program as independent parties.

Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise between you and ServiceIA.

You are not authorized to make commitments, representations, warranties, or agreements on behalf of ServiceIA unless expressly authorized in writing.

23. Compliance With Laws

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, advertising requirements, consumer-protection rules, privacy requirements, tax obligations, and platform policies relating to your affiliate activities.

You must not use the Affiliate Program for any unlawful purpose.

24. Changes to These Affiliate Terms

ServiceIA may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Affiliate Program, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.

When changes are made, we may update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program after updated terms become effective means that you accept the revised terms.

26. Acceptance of These Terms
